Coi Leray is always doing things to keep people entertained and talking online. A few days ago, she released a freestyle about cereal on her Tik Tok page that made its rounds online, and once again people began to talk about her rapping skills. In the video, which has over 102k views, Coi raps about different cereal brands while walking down the cereal aisle. The ‘Big Purr” rapper spit, “Cereal for breakfast, cereal for breakfast, when I wake up bi**h I need cereal for breakfast.” Coi starts rapping about each box she passes. The first box she comes by is Raisin Bran. Then she goes by Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes.
This morning Coi responded to some backlash after people talked about her freestyle. She shared a message on Twitter and Instagram addressing the comments, writing, “So much more in life. Don’t worry. I’m a be the one to show yall. Ya’ll will understand sooner than later.”
It looks like all the attention on Coi has been helping her in the long run. She made a tweet suggesting that she may have something in the works with a cereal company. She tweeted “All it takes is one freestyle out about cereal, then boom here comes all the cereal deals.” It’s unclear what deals Coi is talking about, but if she does come out with a collaboration, she won’t be the only rapper working with a food company.
As recently reported, Saweetie announced that she was collaborating with McDonald’s for the ‘Saweetie Meal,’ which is dropping next week on August 9th.
