‘Gotham Knights’ Studio Could Be Developing A Superman Game

New leaks suggest that Gotham Knights developer WB Games Montréal could potentially be developing a Superman game.

WB Games Montréal may be busy polishing up Gotham Knights for its 2022 debut but they’re already hard at work developing their next game. Recently, a job listing was unearthed that stated that the Canadian studio was working on a “new IP, triple-A title.” WB Games Montréal has only published DC games and it’s completely unlikely that that will change in the future. James Sigfield, a notable insider in the gaming community, has suggested that the Gotham Knights studio might just be working on a Superman game.

James Sigfield’s credibility stems from his previous, accurate information. He previously revealed that Rocksteady Studios, the team behind the Akrhamverse, was working on a Suicide Squad game. A Superman game has been a long-gestating rumor. In fact, earlier accounts suggested that Rocksteady was the Warner Bros. studio working on a Man of Steel game. Those claims turned out to be partially true considering Superman and the rest of the Justice League heroes are antagonists in the upcoming Suicide Squad game. If Sigfield’s claims are true, then we’re in for a treat, as we haven’t gotten a good Superman game in well over a decade.
