Former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback, Jalen Hurts, is heading into his second season in the NFL and will likely be the starting quarterback for the team that drafted him, the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles drafted Hurts in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft, while he did not play all too much until the end of the season, the Eagles have proven they are all in on Hurts.
Philadelphia’s long-time starter, Carson Wentz was traded and the team moved outside the top 10 in the 2021 NFL draft to select a receiver. These moves show that the front office is willing to invest in Hurts.
Hurts recently showed the public how invested he is in getting his body stronger. A known powerlifter, Hurts shared a video of him deadlifting 620 pounds.
He does it with such ease, this is like picking up two defensive linemen at the same time.
