Sarah Hyland And Wells Adams Celebrate Two-year Engagement

Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland took to Instagram to celebrate her second engagement anniversary with fiancé Wells Adams on July 8, 2021.

The picture saw Hyland and Adam embracing one another while sharing a passionate smooch. Her engagement ring shined as she cupped her partner’s face in affection, and he held her close by her waist.

The brown natural setting from a bamboo hut made a splendid backdrop for the lovebirds.

Hyland’s short and sweet caption perfectly accompanied the adorable love-filled snap. The 30-year-old shared how they would have been for an entire year if not for the pandemic.

Family, friends, and followers quickly poured their well-wishes for the duo through the comment section. Celebrity hairstylist Ryan Richman commented with a heart-eyed emoji while musician Paul McDonald penned, “So happy for you guys!!!”

Fellow actress Kimberley Daugherty also commented, writing she loved the pair.

Fiancé Wells Adams Followed Suit

Soon after Hyland announced their anniversary, her partner followed suit, posting a picture on his Instagram and dedicating a heartfelt message.

Unlike his fiancée, Adams uploaded a solo picture of Hyland, looking fabulous in night light in front of the blurred Eiffel tower.

In the caption, The Bachelorette alum reflected on how proposing to her was the best decision of his life and shared that the photo was his favorite one.

Reciprocating the affection, Hyland commented on the post, revealing she couldn’t wait to marry him.

And their fans, too, couldn’t help but urge the adorable couple to get married. One fan suggested, “Get married already! Don’t put living on hold! We’re back to our ‘normal’ In SC! Marry her already.”

Another shed light on the long-lasting turbulence of COVID-19 and quipped how the insanity would never calm down. Then he added, “Live your life free of fear and marry the woman you love.”

They Won’t Get Married in 2021

Hyland and Adams would indeed have been a married couple if not for the pandemic.

They started dating in October 2017 after bonding through social media. Then on July 16, 2019, the twosome got engaged. They were to marry in July 2021, but the pandemic made the plan impossible.

Adams gushed about their wedding plans during an interview with Access Hollywood in July 2021.

After talking about how he would join Katie Thurston in The Bachelorette, he revealed that he and his fiancée were unlikely to tie the knot until 2022. The radio DJ also clarified that their wedding wouldn’t be televised.

Before Adams, Hyland was dating Dominic Sherwood. Her ex-boyfriends include Max Ehrich and Matt Prokop.
