Jace Norman went from a Disney child actor to a teenage heartthrob — perhaps the next Jumanji star Alex Wolff in the making; they both spearheaded their career at Nickelodeon.
After debuting in the Disney show Jessie at 12, Norman landed the lead role of Henry Hart in Nickelodeon’s original series, Henry Danger, in 2014.
He starred in the show until 2020 and then produced its spin-off Danger Force, where he guest-starred with his titular role.
At 21, the Carrales native already dons the hats of an actor, writer, and producer — an impressive feat. And his personal life is equally eventful, or at least it seems so.
Norman and Co-Star Riele Downs
In 2014, Nickelodeon viewers assumed Norman was dating his Henry Danger co-star Riele Downs. The pair had adorable chemistry on and off the screen.
But the actors dispelled the speculations, confirming they were only friends.
His Relationship with Isabela Moner
Norman got into a relationship with Nickelodeon star Isabela Moner, a.k.a. Isabela Merced, in 2016. Their dating bliss reflected on their respective socials, where they posted pictures of one another.
To top it off, the young actor planned a surprise for his girlfriend’s 15th birthday. He rented a boat and took Moner on a boat ride along the shore of Vancouver. He also gifted her a bouquet, the first one of her life.
The sweet bond, however, didn’t last long. Within seven months, Norman announced his split with Moner during a phone interview with Just Jared Jr. in November 2016.
He revealed they were just friends when asked about their relationship and clarified there was no bad blood after the split.
Norman’s Rumored Girlfriends
Though Norman didn’t get into the dating scene after his break-up with Isabela Moner, his name was linked with his fellow showbiz compatriots.
In March 2017, he was speculated to be dating the Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists star Sydney Park.
They sparked rumors after Park Instagrammed a picture, and the Henry Danger actor commented on the post with, “I mean.” The actress quickly replied to his comment with a heart emoji, setting ablaze the rumor mill.
However, the mini-Instagram interaction materialized to nothing, and the dating speculation faded away, eventually.
Then in 2018, fans shipped Norman and his co-star Cree Cicchino, hoping they could channel their on-screen affection to their real life. Their respective characters, Henry Hart and Babe, celebrated a romantic Valentine’s Day on Game Shakers.
But the wish never came true, as Norman and Cicchino friend-zoned one another.
In an interview with Celebsecrets on February 9, 2018, Cicchino reflected on their friendship. Stating that Norman was super talented, she said, “It’s always nice to work with a good friend.”
Who Is Jace Norman Dating?
Norman has kept his personal life under wraps, revealing nothing on his dating status.
The last time his fans were almost assured that he was dating was with film actress Shelby Simmons in 2019.
The pair first appeared on the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards orange carpet event on March 23, 2019, and walked side-by-side. Both of them took to Instagram to share glimpses of the events.
Two months later, they enjoyed a seemingly romantic weekend in Santa Monica, CA, and posted pictures (now-deleted) on their Instagram.
But apart from the tidbits, neither of them commented nor affirmed their relationship.
