Giannis Antetokounmpo hits Chick-Fil-A after finals win in viral videos

After winning the NBA Finals and being crowned finals MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo pulled an all-nighter and headed to Chick-Fil-A.

The Bucks star went on live on Instagram to document his Wednesday morning fast food run, which included the Larry O’Brien and Finals MVP trophies in his lap.

One hundred and fifty thousand-plus fans tuned into Antetokounmpo’s video that showed the Greek Freak order a 50-piece nugget — “not 51, not 49” — after he dropped 50 points in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. He washed it down with a “large drink, no ice with half-Sprite-half-lemonade.”

When Antetokounmpo pulled up to a Chick-Fil-A parking lot for his car-side order, he asked a female employee if he could film her, before he politely ordered.

“Sorry, can I put you on camera? Do you mind or no?,” he asked, to which the Chick-Fil-A employee approved.

“There’s 150 thousand people watching you right now,” Antetokounmpo said to her surprise, before asking for “50 [nuggets] exactly.”

When Antetokounmpo exited the Chick-Fil-A parking lot, there were already groups of Bucks fans chasing his vehicle.

The 2021 NBA champion rolled down the window and happily engaged with fans — even letting one lucky Milwaukee supporter touch his finals MVP trophy.

“Can I touch the trophy,” the fan asked, and without hesitation Antetokounmpo replied, “Yes. Touch it… fast, fast, hurry!” The fan immediately started screaming after he leaned inside the vehicle and made contact with the Larry O’Brien gold.

The two-time MVP joined in on “Bucks in 6” chants with fans surrounding his vehicle.

“This is why I love Milwaukee,” he said during the live.

“This is why I chose to stay because we celebrate together. It’s been like this since Day One. And I love this.”
